Csak időpontfoglalással fogadjuk ügyfeleinket!

 

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság ügyfélszolgálatain 2020. november 13-tól csak időponttal rendelkező ügyfelek jelenhetnek meg, aki teheti, a személyes ügyintézés helyett online az https://enterhungary.gov.hu felületen intézze ügyeit!

 

A járvány terjedésének, valamint a személyes kontaktusok számának csökkentése érdekében 2020. november 13. péntektől személyes ügyintézésre csak előzetes időpontfoglalással van lehetőség ügyfélszolgálatainkon.

 

Időpontfoglalásra honlapunkon az alábbi linken van lehetőség: http://oif.gov.hu/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=15:idopontfoglalas&lang=hu

Amennyiben nincs időpontfoglalásuk, abban az esetben nem tudjuk fogadni Önöket.  

 

Az ügyfelek és munkatársaink biztonsága érdekében továbbra is kizárólag szájat és orrot takaró maszkban szabad tartózkodni az ügyfélszolgálatokon!

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting.
