Tisztelt Ügyfeleink!

 

Tájékoztatjuk Önöket, hogy a jelenlegi járványügyi helyzetre való tekintettel, 2020. november 13. péntektől az ügyfélfogadások rendje a regionális igazgatóságokon az alábbiak szerint módosul:

 

Budapesten a keddi napokon 08:00-13:00 óráig,

Szegeden a csütörtöki napokon 07.30-17.00 óráig,

Győrben a csütörtöki napokon 07.00-17.00 óráig,

Debrecenben a csütörtöki napokon 12.00-17.00 óráig,

Miskolcon a szerdai napokon 07.30-17.00 óráig,

Balassagyarmaton a szerdai napokon 08.00-17.00 óráig,

és Pécsen a hétfői napokon 08.00-17.00 óráig fogadjuk Ügyfeleinket.

 

A többi napokon az ügyfélfogadás rendje nem változik.

 

2020. november 13. péntektől ügyfélszolgálati irodáink csak az időponttal rendelkező ügyfeleket fogadják. Kérjük, amennyiben lehetőség van rá a személyes ügyintézés helyett online, az https://enterhungary.gov.hu felületen intézze ügyeit!

Az online időpont foglalási rendszerben időpontot foglalni legfeljebb 16.30 óráig lehetséges, az ezen túli foglalások törlésre kerülnek, amelyről az ügyfelek tájékoztatást kapnak.

Dear Clients,

 

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
