Tájékoztató az ügyfélfogadás rendjének változásáról

Tájékoztatjuk Tisztelt Ügyfeleinket, hogy 2021. május 25-től az Enter Hungary rendszeren beküldött kérelmek esetén biometrikus adatfelvétel ügyintézésre időpont foglalása nélkül is lesz lehetőség személyesen megjelenni ügyfélszolgálati irodáinkon.

 

Továbbá javasoljuk a kérelmek előterjesztésére, bejelentések megtételére az online idegenrendészeti rendszert, az Enter Hungary (https://enterhungary.gov.hu/eh/) felület használatát.

 

Kérjük, továbbra is tartsák be a kötelező egészségvédelmi rendelkezéseket, láz és meghűléses tünetek esetén ne vegyék igénybe ügyfélszolgálati irodáinkat valamint minden esetben viseljék az orrot és szájat eltakaró maszkot és tartsák be a 1.5 méteres távolságot és a közegészségügyi előírásokat.

Dear Clients,

 

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
