Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság közleménye

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán konfliktus kezdetétől 2022. március 3. 12:00 órai adatok alapján 676 menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált.

A Főigazgatóság munkatársai, ahogyan eddig is a társszervekkel szorosan és folyamatosan együttműködve segítik az ukrajnai háború elől menekülőket. Az ukrán és a harmadik országbeli állampolgárok továbbra is megtalálnak minket a határmenti gyűjtőpontokon, a pályaudvarokon és az ügyfélszolgálati irodáinkban, ahol nyilatkozatuk alapján ellátjuk őket a magyarországi tartózkodásukhoz szükséges igazolással.

A határtól távolabb lévő budapesti és dunántúli ügyfélszolgálataink is egyre inkább leterheltek, de munkatársaink mindent megtesznek a zökkenőmentes ügyintézés érdekében.

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
