Dear Clients!

 

We would like to inform you that from 11.03.2022 we will be open for clients from Ukraine for the purpose of applying for temporary protection and issuing humanitarian residence permits or certificate of temporary residence, seven days a week (including weekends and public holidays) as follows:

 

Place of customer service: 131 Harmat utca, Budapest 1108

Opening hours: every day from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

 

Please also note that from this time onwards, our Customer Service Office at 131. Harmat utca, Budapest 1108 will only be open to the above mentioned clientele. Other types of cases can be handled at our Customer Service Offices at 35-37 Szegedi út Budapest 1135 and 60 Budafoki út Budapest 1117, on weekdays, during office hours.

Dear Clients,

 

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
