Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az orosz-ukrán konfliktussal kapcsolatosan

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán háború első napja óta folyamatosan azon dolgozik, hogy segítse az Ukrajnából menekülő emberek utazásának, elhelyezésének és ellátásának megszervezését, valamint a szükséges okmányokkal való ellátását. Éppen ezért az OIF a hosszú hétvégén is rendelkezésére áll az fegyveres konfliktus elől menekülők számára. Továbbra is elérhetőek lesznek munkatársaink a határmenti gyűjtőpontokon, a pályaudvarokon és a budapesti Harmat utcai ügyfélszolgálatunkon rendkívüli nyitvatartás keretében. A megváltozott ügyfélfogadási rendről a Főigazgatóság honlapján és az ügyfélszolgálatokon is tájékoztatjuk a háború elől menekülőket.

A mai – 2022. március 11., 6:00 órás – adatok alapján eddig 1899 fő folyamodott menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelemért.

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
