Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az orosz-ukrán konfliktussal kapcsolatosan

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság a hosszú hétvégén külön ügyfélszolgálatot működtet az ukrajnai fegyveres konfliktus elől menekülők részére.

2022. március 11-től minden nap – hétvégén és munkaszüneti napokon is - 8:00-16:00 óráig fogadjuk a kérelmezőket, a 1108 Budapest, Harmat utca 131. szám alatt található ügyfélszolgálaton. Az ide érkezők itt tudják benyújtani menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmüket és humanitárius tartózkodási engedély, illetve ideiglenes tartózkodásra jogosító igazolás kiállítását kérhetik.

A mai – 2022. március 12., 6:00 órás – adatok alapján eddig 2212 fő folyamodott menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelemért.

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
