Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az orosz-ukrán konfliktussal kapcsolatosan

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság külön ügyfélszolgálatot működtet Budapesten az ukrajnai fegyveres konfliktus elől menekülők részére, ahol a magyarországi jogszerű tartózkodásuk érdekében ellátjuk őket a szükséges okmányokkal. Az ide érkezők itt tudják benyújtani menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmüket és humanitárius tartózkodási engedély, illetve ideiglenes tartózkodásra jogosító igazolás kiállítását kérhetik. A Budapest, Harmat utca 131. szám alatt található ügyfélszolgálati iroda a hét minden napján, hétvégén, valamint munkaszüneti napokon is segíti az ide érkezőket.

 

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán konfliktus kezdete óta – 2022. március 16., 12:00 órás adatok alapján - eddig 2655 fő menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált.

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
