Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az orosz-ukrán konfliktussal kapcsolatosan

A háború viszontagságai elől menekülők az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóságtól továbbra is minden segítséget megkapnak. Munkatársaink folyamatosan azon dolgoznak, hogy a szükséges tartózkodásra jogosító okmányokkal ellássák a háború elől menekülőket.

A Főigazgatóság munkatársai 2022. március 21-től a BOK Csarnokban kialakított tranzitváróban is tájékoztatással, koordinálással segítik az Ukrajnából menekülőket.

Az elmúlt hetek tapasztalatai alapján a háborús területről érkezők egyre nagyobb számban keresik fel a Főigazgatóság ügyfélszolgálatait is. A menedékeskénti elismerést kérők Budapesten a Harmat utca 131. szám alatt található ügyfélszolgálati irodán a hét minden napján, munkaszüneti napokon is beadhatják kérelmüket.

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán konfliktus kezdete óta – 2022. március 21. 12:00 órai adatok alapján - eddig 4444 fő menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált.

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
