Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság napi tájékoztatása az Ukrajnából érkező kérelmezőkkel kapcsolatosan

Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán háború kitörése óta – 2022. április 16. 6.00 órai adatok alapján - eddig 16 254 menedékeskénti elismerés iránti kérelmet regisztrált, ebből 8 654 fő 18 év alatti kérelmező. A kérelmet benyújtók döntő többsége család – édesanyák és gyermekeik. Az Országos Idegenrendészeti Főigazgatóság a hosszú hétvégén is folyamatosan a menedékes kérelmet benyújtók rendelkezésére áll a Budapest, Harmat utca 131. szám alatt található ügyfélszolgálatunkon.

A Főigazgatóság az orosz-ukrán háború kezdete óta minden segítséget megad a háború elől menekülők regisztrálásában, informálásában, koordinálásában és minden egyéb szükséges feladat ellátásban, szorosan együttműködve a társszervekkel. A rendvédelmi hatósági munkavégzés gördülékenyen zajlik.

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
