Інформуємо біженців з України, що з 29 квітня 2022 року регулярна прожиткова допомога надаватиметься лише тим, хто отримав статус тимчасового захисту. Заявку можна подати до компетентного районного управління у вашому регіоні за місцем перебування (https://jarasinfo.gov.hu/)

Заявки на допомогу, подані належним чином до 29 квітня 2022 року, будуть дійсними для заявників на визнання тимчасового захисту.

 

З 9 травня 2022 року біженці з України також матимуть можливість подавати заяву про надання тимчасового захисту через урядове вікно. Якщо  дані заздалегідь будуть завантажені в електронному виді через додаток „Menedekes” або на сайті Enter Hungary, то обов’язки щодо особистої явки можна виконати в урядовому вікні.

Dear Clients,

 

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
