Az ideiglenes védelemben részesülők menedékeskénti elismérését igazoló okmányok március hónapot követő érvényességével kapcsolatban egyelőre nincsen teendőjük. A megfelelő tájékoztatásokat minden esetben közzétesszük honlapunkon. Kérjük, kísérjék figyelemmel Főigazgatóságunk weboldalán a Hírek menüpontot, ahol naprakész információkkal szolgálunk Ügyfeleink számára.

INFORMATION FOR BENEFICIARIES OF TEMPORARY PROTECTION

 

Dear Interested Parties,

 

For the time being, no further actions are required from Clients regarding the validity of the documents certifying the recognition as beneficiary of temporary protection after the date of March. The relevant information shall be published on our website in all cases. Please follow the News section on the website of our Directorate-General where up-to-date information is provided for our Clients.

Dear Clients,

 

Please be informed that availability of the electronic administration platform of the National Directorate-General for Aliens Policing (hereinafter referred to as NDGAP), Enter Hungary (www.enterhungary.gov.hu) is temporarily limited due to technical problems. As a result, uploading applications and attachments might take longer than usual and problems can also occur while using the payment system.

 

The colleagues of the NDGAP are working on the troubleshooting and the full recovery of the service is expected by 10:00 o’clock, 2 May 2024 the latest.

 

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the malfunction in our application platform service.
