Dr. Attila Kiss deputy Director General said ceremonial speech and Dr. Zsuzsanna Végh Director General granted awards on the official commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the 1956 Revolution.
The Deputy Director General emphasized in his speech, that the Hungarian people do not tolerate captivity and have always fought for their freedom and national independence, because freedom is our most important national value that should be protected. The heroes of ’56 do not expect us to know the events and know their names by heart but to be “faithful to their principles, to the values they represent, to maintain the faith and unity, for which they scarified their life, for the future of Hungarian People”
