We would like to draw the attention of our customers to the fact that in order to reduce the waiting time, they can book an appointment on the website of the National Directorate General of Immigration. We ask our customers who do not have a pre-booked appointment to arrive at least half an hour before the end of customer service opening hours, if possible, in order to submit requests. If the number of customers waiting at the customer service exceeds the number determined by the security service, we recommend that they use another customer reception time to submit their request.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that priority employers, legal representatives, and legal entities providing representation can only submit applications electronically, except in the case of applications that can only be submitted in person in any case (domestic applications with an indication of circumstances deserving of exceptional consideration, or residence permit applications that can be initiated at a foreign mission).
